At this stage, we will need you to focus on arranging the finance and making sure that you have the resources necessary for the franchise. We will also be carrying out our due diligence checks and assessing you as a franchisee. This is also your opportunity to assess us, and carry out your own due diligence checks.
If you are ready to proceed, you will pay a deposit and continue with your due diligence: carrying out territory research, reviewing the legal contract, and looking at your funding requirements. There is plenty of contact with us at this stage as we help you with your research and planning, but we won’t be putting you under any pressure to sign until you are happy to do so – we want you to be absolutely ready to invest in a franchise with Big Mouth Theatre and be comfortable with your decision to move ahead.
5. Make the commitment
Once all your due diligence has been carried out, and you have sorted out your finances, we can now start to work together in earnest.
We can sign a franchise agreement and start putting everything in place for your new business, including setting a date to start your training and planning your launch.
