When you join the Big Mouth Theatre franchise, you’re not just buying into a brilliant brand and proven business model, you’re becoming part of the team. We really do see this as a partnership, and we hope you’ll become part of our bigger family in the same way that all the children, parents and schools we work with are.

Which is why we plan to do absolutely everything we can to give you the best possible start in your new business, and all the skills and confidence you need to grow it for years to come.

This will start with a training programme which will include working together with us face-to-face, and seeing first-hand how all our activities work. There will also be an opportunity to do a lot of work online and via virtual meet-ups, but we do encourage as much hands-on, in-person time as possible.

We will then follow-up by visiting you in your new territory before and after you launch to offer mentorship and guidance.

We will cover every possible topic, including:

How to run each and every one of our activities

The key principles of what makes us different and how to put that into action

How to find customers and interact with parents & schools in your local area

How to recruit and train your own team of coaches

The day-to-day operations of your business such as admin and bookkeeping

How to use our in-house app to keep track of your bookings

Legal & Statutory requirements (Safeguarding, DBS checks etc.)

Your role as a franchisee, and our responsibilities to each other
